The vegan pizza restaurant Pizza Verdura Sincera will replace the Little Five Points branch in Zesto, on the corner of Moreland and Euclid, the Atlanta Business Chronicle first reported. The Pizza Verdura Sincera menu includes classic Neapolitan-style cakes, such as a margarita made with vegan cheese and San Marzano tomato sauce, and a pizza topped with a mix of vegan and Mexican cheeses, spicy vegan chorizo, hot peppers and roasted corn. According to the restaurant's website, David Smith and Paul Jones, owners of commercial real estate company Trowbridge Partners, want to create vegan pizzas that “have a truly Italian touch” using “natural ingredients” to bring what they say is an “absence of high-quality plant-based pizza” to Atlanta.
